On Sunday, the NBA will commemorate 75 years of Christmas Day games.
Three games were first played on December 25th, 1947, and since then, December 25th games have become a fixture of the league schedule.
This season, there are five games that will feature some of the best teams and players in the league, including LeBron James, the Los Angeles Lakers, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown of Boston, Giannis Antetokounmpo of Milwaukee, Joel Embiid of Philadelphia, Luka Doncic of Dallas, Ja Morant of Memphis, Devin Booker of Phoenix, and Nikola Jokic of Denver. All five of the first-team NBA players for the 2021–22 season are on that list, along with the MVP.
