Microsoft is working to resolve the global outage of Outlook and Teams.

Microsoft says it has reversed a “network change” that it believes is causing tens of thousands of users around the world to be unable to access its services, including Teams and Outlook.

According to Downdetector, which tracks website outages, over 5,000 people in the UK reported Outlook emails not working on Wednesday morning.

Other services, such as Teams and Xbox Live, were also reported to be down.

According to Microsoft, some users reported that the issue had been resolved.
We’re continuing to monitor the service’s recovery,” it said, noting that some customers had reported improvements.

Though some users continue to report issues to Downdetector, the total number of reports is now in the hundreds rather than thousands worldwide.
